Full job description

Ash Wilson Design is an award-winning boutique interior design studio based in Clonskeagh, South Dublin. Founded in 2018, the studio specialises in bespoke, high-end residential interiors across Ireland, alongside a growing portfolio of carefully considered commercial projects.

Our work is defined by clear design thinking, strong materiality, and a highly tailored approach to each client and project. We value collaboration and delivering well-resolved interiors with exceptional attention to detail.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Interior Designer role based in South Dublin.

The successful candidate will lead residential and commercial projects from concept through to completion, taking responsibility for design direction, client engagement, and project delivery.

Working closely with the studio team, consultants, and contractors, you will ensure each project is delivered to a high standard across concept development, technical detailing, and final execution, while managing program and budget requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Lead interior design projects from concept to completion
Develop spatial planning and design concepts
Prepare detailed technical and construction drawings
Lead FF&E selection, sourcing, and specification
Present design concepts to clients
Coordinate with architects, contractors, and suppliers
Manage project programmes, budgets, and deliverables

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum 5 years’ experience within a high-end residential or design studio environment
Strong ability to lead projects from concept through to completion
Excellent technical knowledge of construction drawings and detailing
Strong FF&E experience and sourcing capability
Confident client-facing communication and presentation skills
Experience across residential and/or commercial projects
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Revit advantageous
Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or related field

Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects

Committed to quality and continuous development
