The Role: Accounts Technician with Other Office Duties
Duties Include:
- General office duties including data entry, purchase orders, renewal of policies and statutory requirements, telephone and reception
- Monitor income and expenditure, and prepare basic financial reports
- Perform reconciliations of bank accounts and general ledger posting
- Process supplier invoices and purchase orders
- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to resolve account queries
- General office administration, emails, filing, and document control
- Following up with customers regarding outstanding invoices and overdue payments
Successful candidate must have:
- Good working knowledge of MS office (especially excel)
- A minimum of three years experience working in an accounts role
- Experience using Ylem accounting system would be desirable.
