Summary:

Petro Systems is a leading provider of forecourt services and equipment. Our mission is to be the preferred partner across Ireland by maintaining and growing our customer base, adapting to the evolving forecourt landscape, and keeping strong customer relationships at the heart of everything we do.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced, customer-focused Office Manager to oversee the smooth and efficient running of our office operations. This is a key leadership role supporting management team, office staff and field engineers, ensuring seamless communication, organisation, and service delivery aligned with our mission and strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support a team of office staff and field engineers to ensure smooth daily operations
Supervise office operations, including facilities management, procurement of supplies, and vendor relationships
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, suppliers, and internal departments
Oversee scheduling of staff and resources to optimize efficiency across projects and service delivery
Manage recruitment, onboarding, training, and continuous staff development
Ensure adherence to ISO standards, Health & Safety regulations, and internal company policies
Collaborate with senior leadership on marketing initiatives and brand presence
Drive process improvements and contribute to long-term strategic planning
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using in-house CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
Support financial operations by liaising with accounts and payroll departments, ensuring timely processing and reporting

Required Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in office or operations management
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and accounting/payroll software
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage cross-functional responsibilities
Understanding of ISO standards and Health & Safety compliance
Flexible, proactive, and customer-first mindset

Desirable:

Experience within the forecourt, energy, or engineering sectors

Pay & Conditions:

Excellent pay and conditions aligned to candidate experience and discussed at interview stage.
Role is full-time, Monday-Friday
