Are you an experienced and qualified security professional looking to advance your career in a high-profile hospitality and entertainment environment?

The Gleneagle Hotel & Gleneagle Arena—proudly certified as a Great Place to Work—is seeking a dedicated Senior Security Person to join our team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the safety, comfort, and overall experience of our guests, staff, and performers across our multi-venue operation.

About The Role

Your Role

As Senior Security Personnel, you will:

Maintain a professional, visible security presence across the Gleneagle Hotel and Gleneagle Arena
Support management and the wider security team in enforcing safety procedures and managing crowd control during events
Ensure the safety of guests, staff, and property during peak periods including concerts, functions, and high-traffic weekends
Assist in the smooth running of daily operations and special events with a strong focus on guest service, awareness, and proactive response
Key Requirements
- In-date PSA Door Supervisor Licence (essential)
- Previous experience in a security role, ideally within hospitality, entertainment, or event environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Calm, reliable, and confident when making quick decisions under pressure
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and late shifts
