We are looking for a talented and experienced Assistant Bar Manager who is passionate about excellent customer service, creating quality drinks, and leading and motivating a team.
The ideal candidate will support the day-to-day running of the bar, manage and motivate the team, and ensure excellent customer service while maintaining our 5 Star Standards. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and hospitality experience.
The Suitable Candidate For This Role

Previous experience in bar management or a senior hospitality role is essential

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent customer service skills with a hands-on approach

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Strong communicator with fluency in the English language.

Passion for hospitality and delivering excellent guest experiences.
