About Elements
Elements Marketing & Communications Limited is a Kilkenny-based business operating across two complementary streams of internationally traded services and a SaaS platform.
Our work delivers engagement and brand programmes for ambitious organisations in regulated industries (pharmaceutical, healthcare, medtech and innovation-led engineering). We provide strategic engagement work, brand and content programmes, fractional Chief Marketing Officer leadership, events and integrated campaign execution.
In parallel we have built Elements Engage, a B2B SaaS subscription platform for employee engagement, culture and internal communications targeted at small and mid-market companies internationally. The platform productises the intellectual property we have developed through our current work and is now entering commercial launch.
About the role
Elements is moving from founder-led creative leadership to a structured creative function. As Creative & Content Manager, you will own creative output across the business for client engagements and the Elements Engage platform.
This is a delivery role at the centre of our work. You will produce brand and content creative for our retained client portfolio, build the inbound content and brand assets that drive the Elements Engage commercial launch, and act as the creative partner for the Digital Marketing Executive on lead generation campaigns. The role works hand in hand with the founder on strategic creative direction while owning day-to-day production end to end.
