Job Title: Personal Trainer in Lieu of Rent

Job Description: We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Personal Trainers to join our team on a ‘PT in Lieu of Rent’ basis. This unique opportunity allows you to provide personal training services in exchange for rent-free access to our state-of-the-art gym facilities. You will play a vital role in helping our members reach their fitness objectives while building your client base.

Role Type:
This is an independent contractor position. The 10 hours of service provided weekly are in lieu of rent and are not paid. This arrangement allows you the flexibility to develop your personal training business within our club.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide 10 hours of service weekly in exchange for rent-free access to offer personal training services.
Duties may include front desk operations, opening/closing the club, gym tours, member assistance, sales activities, and conducting group fitness classes.
Deliver exceptional personal training sessions tailored to individual member needs and goals.
Foster a positive and motivating environment for members.
Collaborate with the team to ensure a high standard of service and member satisfaction.
Engage with members to encourage retention and promote additional services.

Qualifications/requirements:

Valid Personal Training qualification and REPs registration.
Group fitness qualification.
Personal indemnity insurance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for fitness and a commitment to helping others achieve their goals.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Professionalism and a positive attitude.
