Job Title:
Senior Social Media Content Creator - Beauty/Skincare

Company Overview:
Nyrah Beauty is a fast-growing Irish skincare brand offering science-led, plant-based products for sensitive and hormonal skin. As we expand our presence both online and in retail, we’re looking for someone who can help shape and lead our brand message - someone who can turn strategy into content, and content into connection.

This role is an opportunity to be part of a small, dedicated team building one of Ireland’s next leading skincare brands.

The Role:
We’re looking for an experiened Social Media Content creator who can take ownership of paid and organic content creation - everything from concept, to scripting to shooting of all ads and organic content, and then working with our editor to bring your idea's to life.

You’ll work closely with the founder and senior leadership team to create paid and organic content that tells our story, grows our community, and supports our commercial goals.

You’ll collaborate with our social advertising team, support e-commerce growth, and help our B2B pharmacy partners bring the brand to life in-store.

This is a strategic and hands-on role, ideal for someone who wants to own and drive creative output - not just manage it.

Key Responsibilities:

Creating fresh and engaging content ideas for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
Capturing photo and video content in-house, including founder led content, products, behind-the-scenes clips, client experience content, team content, and trend-based reels.
Staying up to date with social media trends, viral formats, sounds, and content styles, and adapting them for the beauty and aesthetics industry.
Writing captions, short scripts, hooks, and content copy that reflect the Nyrah Beauty brand voice.
Planning and maintaining a consistent content calendar across social media channels.
Supporting the promotion of offers, events, launches, and campaigns through creative social content.
Monitoring social media performance and identifying what type of content performs best.
Helping increase brand awareness, engagement, enquiries, and bookings through consistent and creative content.
Travelling when required for content creation, shoots, events, or work-related activities.
Bringing new ideas to the table and acting as an “idea machine” for creative, engaging, and relatable social media content.
Experience making UGC is optional but desired.

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in content, brand, or marketing roles
Strong copywriting skills and a keen eye for tone and detail
Experience creating content for both consumer and trade audiences
Skilled at managing projects from concept through execution
Familiar with working in fast-paced, multi-channel environments
Proactive, creative, and comfortable presenting ideas to leadership
