We are searching for an imaginative and versatile Breakfast Manager to join our team at Radisson RED Galway.

About The Role:
Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, as the Breakfast Manager, you’re all about creating unforgettable moments. You will be the face of our Breakfast Team, ensuring our guests enjoy every bite and beat! You’ll lead by example, making sure our service is sharp, our presentation on point, and our team pumped to deliver the best experience in Galway town!
You’ll oversee daily operations in the restaurant, bar, and beyond, ensuring everything runs smoothly from open to close. You’ll work with the kitchen and bar teams to keep our offerings innovative and exciting while managing staff schedules, service standards, and guest interactions. Plus, you’ll make sure every shift hits the right notes, from the atmosphere to the last plate served.
You are someone who brings the energy, creativity, and a love for great food and drinks! You know how to lead a team, inspire service with a smile and our signature YES I CAN attuide, and keep the energy high, no matter how busy it gets. With your passion and attention to detail, you’ll make sure Radisson RED’s F&B experience is always fresh, flavourful, and unforgettable!
- Minimum experience: 2+ years of relevant experience in a senior breakfast supervisory role.
- Minimum education: National academic qualifications / Degree in Hospitality Management preferable.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the smooth running of the food & beverage department, particularly around the breakfast & lunch, where all aspects of the food & beverage service are delivered to the highest levels, ensuring both property and company standards are attained and adhered to.
2. Working proactively to help maximise guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and responsive approach to enquiries and problem resolution.
3. Assist in developing and implementing strategies where key food and beverage metrics are identified, communicated and delivered where reports and tracking tools are effectively maintained in line with defined initiatives & targets.
4. Effectively motivated the team within the department, fostering a culture of growth, development and performance whilst reflecting and promoting the company culture and values.
5. Build and maintain effective working relationship with all key stakeholders and partners both internal and external ensuring all communications and activities are controlled and undertaken in a timely manner.
6. Ensures adherence to all legislation where due diligence requirements and best practice activities are planned, delivered and documented for internal and external audit, performing follow-up as required.

1. Proven experience in a supervisory food and beverage position, ideally in breakfast within a hotel environment
2. Strong problem-solving capabilities with the ability to adapt to changing environments

5. Ability to find creative solutions, offering advice and recommendations

10. Skilled with Microsoft Office software, especially in Excel
