Ability to take direction & use own initiative
- High level ability in all aspects of bar service.
- A true passion for mixology and emerging drinks trends.
- The capability to make contributions to the creative and innovative side of the business.
- A sense of fun and a love of what you do.
- Ability to adapt to new procedures, standards, and changes.
- Is fully flexible with regards to working hours, to include weekend.
- All candidates must speak fluent English.
