An exciting new job opportunity has become available in Marietta Woods Apartments. We are looking for the right person to join our Residence Management Team - Part Time, at one of Dublin's newest and best rental apartment complex situated in Dalkey. Along with the fully furnished apartments the new complex comes with gym facilities, work hubs and Concierge service free for tenants.
The role will be on a part-time basis, depending on business needs. Mostly, this position is for the summer period, but there is a possibility it may be extended after summer.
Working days will depend on business needs. Typical working hours are Monday to Friday from 5 PM to 7 PM, and Saturdays from 11 AM to 2 PM. No Sundays or Bank Holidays are required. Longer shifts may be available when covering other team members’ holidays or when additional tasks are required.
The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of duties linked to the provision of an excellent customer service driven environment. Responsibilities will include direct contact with all the tenants and be available to meet, greet and address any matters which arise for tenants, ensuring all the first-class facilities provided are maintained to a high standard and undertake other responsibilities which will be outlined in more detail at job application stage.
Responsibilities:
➢ Deliver a positive and consistent personal experience with all customers and visitors.
➢ Ensure appearance of property meets required standards
➢ Provide exceptional service to the residents, including providing informed and accurate advice in order to ensure that resident retention rates remain high.
➢ Provide package handling and holding services for residents.
➢ Liaise with all contractors and visitors to the development.
➢ Update all activity on the management system and resident portal where appropriate.
➢ Ensure the security of all residents, visitors and contractors at the development.
➢ Conduct pre-tenancy inspections to ensure that the property is immaculate prior to move in.
➢ Meet and greet residents after the letting team have moved the tenant in.
➢ Arrange inventories, furniture installation and removal in line with the procedure.
➢ Co-ordinate move-ins for new residents in line with procedure.
➢ Prepare handover packs & tenants guides.
➢ Provide an introduction to the building and tour of the facilities available.
➢ Internal interim inspections of the apartments
➢ Liaising with the maintenance team and third-party companies to arrange for repairs to be completed to a professional standard in a timely manner, following procedures to ensure that service standards are consistent.
➢ Check Outs - Arrange check out appointment and carrying out move-out out as per procedure.
Skills required:
➢ Strong customer service skills and in particular have the ability to deal with unexpected and difficult situations.
➢ Proficient in the use of Microsoft office packages including Word, Excel and Outlook as well as other systems such as databases or booking systems, (training on in house systems will be provided).
