As an Experienced Software Engineer in the Employee Platform Technology team, you will design and deliver trusted, market-leading technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable way. You will work with us in an agile environment, developing innovative solutions that empower our customers and clients. Your expertise will help us create new features, optimize trading systems, and support cloud platform integration. Together, we foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture focused on excellence and opportunity.

Job responsibilities

Execute software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting
Create secure and high-quality production code and maintain algorithms that run synchronously with appropriate systems
Produce or contribute to architecture and design artifacts for applications while ensuring design constraints are met by software code development
Gather, analyze, synthesize, and develop visualizations and reporting from large, diverse data sets to continuously improve software applications
Contribute to software engineering communities of practice and events that explore new and emerging technologies
Add to team culture of diversity, opportunity, inclusion, and respect

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and minimum 3 years' applied experience
Applied back-end software development experience with industry leading software like Java Spring Boot
Experience developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment with one or more modern programming languages and database querying languages
Overall knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle
Understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, application resiliency, and security
Practical cloud native experience with AWS

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Familiarity with modern front-end technologies
Experience with Adobe Target
Experience working with databases
