Full job description

Sherry FitzGerald John Rohan have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator & Marketing Executive to join our team. We are property experts in Waterford, dealing in Residential and Commercial Sales & Lettings. We are part of the Sherry FitzGerald Group, Ireland’s largest estate agency, with over 70 offices nationwide.

At SF John Rohan we are a small but mighty team that operate within a busy and dynamic environment delivering a service of excellence. We are currently Daft’s most visible agent in Waterford and are driven to secure new properties and opportunities in a fast-paced market. The successful candidate will be capable of working on their own initiative, be a proactive team member with excellent communication and organisational skills.

Summary of Key Role & Responsibilities
- Provide an excellent level of customer service to clients.
- Responsible for dealing with all incoming phone, email, property queries, such as arranging viewing appointments, market appraisals, viewing times etc.
- Responsible for updating & maintaining our in-house database.
- Compliance – Preparation of Terms of Engagement and AML compliance documentation.
- Preparation and scheduling of social media marketing content using Canva & Meta platforms.
- Working closely with the Accounts Department to ensure deposits are accurately processed.
- Preparation & booking of adverts where applicable, updating window displays in the branch & oversee signboard orders.
- Other Administrator Duties.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years previous administration experience in a high paced environment.
- A solid understanding of the residential property sales process, including the key stages from listing through to sale agreed and completion, or a strong aptitude and willingness to learn, with the ability to quickly grasp processes and deal confidently with clients.
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office, in particular Word and Excel.
- Excellent telephone, customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, good ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Highly motivated with an ability to take ownership and with strong attention to detail.
- A creative and visually driven individual with an eye for design, keen to create engaging marketing materials and social media content using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.
- Social Media marketing experience is not necessary but preferred.
- Immediate availability or availability within a short notice period is desirable.
