Gallen Group Properties – Ballybofey

The Gallen Group is currently recruiting enthusiastic and customer-focused Part-Time Bar Staff to join our teams across our hospitality properties in Ballybofey.

We are looking for energetic people who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and delivering excellent guest experiences.

About The Role

About the Role

Successful candidates will work across busy bar operations within the Gallen Group portfolio, supporting day-to-day service, guest engagement, and event operations.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver friendly and professional customer service
Prepare and serve beverages efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards
Handle cash and card transactions accurately
Support colleagues during busy service periods
Assist with event and function bar service when required
Follow all health, safety, and responsible serving procedures

What We’re Looking For

Previous bar or hospitality experience preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Positive attitude and reliability
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and busy periods
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Must be legally entitled to work in Ireland
Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to legally work behind the bar

Excellent communication skills

Working experience as a Bartender
