We are currently seeking a dedicated Conference & Banqueting Supervisor to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous experience in a similar role,outstanding communication skills,and a keen attention to detail. The ideal candidate will take pride in delivering personalised service to our guests and contribute to the smooth operation of our conference and banqueting services.
Location:Cong,County Mayo,Ireland
Working pattern:5 days over 7 days (including some weekends and Bank holidays)

Key Responsibilities of a Conference & Banqueting Supervisor:

Provide prompt,professional,and personalised guest service at all times.

Maintain a thorough understanding of Conference & Banqueting menus,as well as the beverage offerings,including bar and wine lists.

Be present on the floor during service periods to oversee operations and ensure service quality.

Ensure all food and beverage products are served according to company standards and SOP (Standard Operating Procedures).

Participate in training and development activities within the department,while actively promoting suggestive selling techniques to enhance guest experience.

Previous experience in a Conference & Banqueting Supervisor role or similar position.
