Full job description

Esquires Coffee are recruiting a Team Member to join our team on a part/full-time basis.

Please note this role requires midweek availability.

Your Role in a nutshell

Coffee & Food must be a PASSION
Customer service and floor duty
Deli Preparation & Handling
A smile and great conversation
Ensuring displays are fully stocked at all times
Ideally experience in service roles, and must be passionate about people, coffee and food
Good old-fashioned cleaning
Stock control
Taking orders from customers so a high standard of English is required
Full training in all areas of the store will be provided, on our EPOS system and learning from our Master Baristas the art of making great coffee

Must haves

- A passion for great food and coffee

- Excellent customer service skills

- Willingness to work as part of a large team

- Cleanliness in all aspects of your work

- Maintain a positive attitude

Customer service must be a priority for this role! We want everyone to visit us for our superior service alongside our great coffee and delicious food offering

The ideal candidate must be able to work weekends and holidays

Experience in a customer facing, fast paced environment role is an advantage

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: €14.00-€15.50 per hour
