Full job description

"Enabling people with an intellectual disability to have full and meaningful lives through quality person-centred services in partnership with families"

Cheeverstown is a voluntary organisation, regulated by the Health Information & Quality Authority (HIQA).

We provide a wide range of person-centred services, including residential, respite, and day services to almost 400 adults with an intellectual disability in the South Dublin and Kildare area.

Location: South Dublin.

About the Role:

The Workforce Planning Administrator will provide effective administrative and systems support to the Workforce Planning function across Cheeverstown.

Working closely with the Workforce Planning Lead, Area Managers and line managers, the post holder will support the coordination of staffing resources, maintenance of accurate real-time and forward rosters, vacancy monitoring, attendance information, annual leave, agency usage and workforce reporting.

The post holder will use the organisation's Time and Attendance System and other workforce information systems to maintain accurate employee and staffing data, support management decision-making and contribute to effective workforce planning.

The role will also support the continued development of efficient, standardised and data-driven workforce processes across the organisation.

Requirments:

Previous administrative experience in healthcare, disability, HR, workforce planning or a regulated environment.
Experience using a Time and Attendance, rostering, payroll or HR information system.
Experience preparing workforce or management information reports.
Experience working with employee data, vacancy information or staffing records.
Understanding of workforce planning and rostering processes.
Strong administrative and organisational skills.
Experience of accurate data entry and maintaining employee or workforce records.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
Experience using electronic databases, time and attendance, rostering or similar systems.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to prepare reports and maintain trackers and spreadsheets.
Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with managers and colleagues across different departments.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive employee information appropriately.
Ability to learn and adapt to new workforce and HR systems.

Please note: All job offers are subject to two successful references, ongoing Garda Vetting, completion of mandatory training (online & onsite) and a satisfactory pre-employment medical.

Salary will be paid at the Clerical Officer Grade IV on the HSE Consolidated Salary Scales, depending on qualifications and experience.
