We are aseasonal busy, high-quality team known for delivering exceptional food and great dining experiences. We are now looking for a talented and driven Senior Sous Chef to join our team and lead daily kitchen operations. This job has the oppertunity to move up to Head chef.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing all kitchen activities
- Lead, train, and motivate the kitchen team
- Ensure consistently high standards of food quality and presentation
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and HACCP compliance
- Manage stock control, ordering, and cost efficiency
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Sous Chef in a fast-paced kitchen
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards
- Passion for food, creativity, and attention to detail
