Job Description: -CLERICAL ASSISTANT
Provide office support to the Training Clerical Officer, including, but not limited to:
Preparation of training room for all trainings ensuring the room is clean and equipment is in good working order.
Collect supplies and prepare tea/coffee for each training session.
Keeping training room and bathroom facilities tidy and stocked with supplies.
Manage each training date with email reminders to each attendee and follow up with Training Officer/Administrator on non attendance at training.
Prepare attendance list and copy in-house packs for training.
Storage and Management of all training certs and signed attendance sheets for all in person training.
Copy and distribution of certs to staff/units.
Following training update of the Master training log and each individual unit/residence training log as applicable.
Record Management including scanning and archiving.
Action all communications in a timely manner.
Ability to work on own initiative.
Maintain strict confidentiality in all matters relating to the Staff, Service Users, their families, and the business of St. Christopher's Services clg.
Champion data protection compliance, ensuring all processes, systems, and data within area of responsibility are operating compliantly and within the requirements of GDPR and its principles.
Undertake such duties as may from time to time be assigned by the Senior Management Team in addition to those listed above.
Completion of training specific project tasks as assigned by Line Manager/Senior Management Team.
Ensure that service users are treated with dignity and respect.
Represent the Service in a positive manner.
Be willing to attend and undertake training as directed by the Manager.
Adhere to relevant Policies, Procedures and Guidelines in line with those of St. Christopher's Services Clg.
Job Description:- SNA
Work directly with the unit team - implementing educational, social and development programmes for the varying needs of the service users who attend the units.
Participate in swimming, physical education and all recreational activities.
Work jointly with the unit head in planning and implementing programmes in the areas of washing, toileting, dressing and personal care. To comply with St. Christopher's Services and Community Employment Project Safety Statement and uphold safety procedures within the unit.
Job Description:- CLEANER
General up-keep of all units within St. Christopher's Services and units under the auspices of St. Christopher's Services including bathrooms/stairs/offices/canteen etc
To comply with safety procedures when dealing with cleaning agents
When needed to assist with canteen duties i.e. dinners/teas etc.
To use PPE provided for the job
To comply with St. Christopher's Services and Community Employment Project Safety Statement and uphold safety procedures within the unit.
Job Description:- MAINTENANCE
Assisting the existing Maintenance team in all aspects of general maintenance and up-keep of St. Christopher's Services and affiliated units to St. Christophe

Duration of post:- 1 year subject to 3 years.
Hours per week:- 19.5 hours
Eligibility Criteria:
Eligibility to participate on Community Employment is generally linked to those who are 21
years or over and in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment for 1 year or more.
Eligibility will have to be verified by the Department. This is a developmental opportunity,
no experience necessary as accredited training will be provided to support the candidates
career.
