Full job description

We are looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join our administration team based in Redcross, Co Wicklow.

2 days a week. 8:30-4:30 or 9-5

This is a hands-on role where you will take ownership of debt collection. You will be working to resolve outstanding balances while maintaining accuracy, professionalism and strong attention to detail. You will be assisting our administration team with a range of ad-hoc duties.

This role would suit someone who is confident speaking with customers, comfortable working in a team and has an ability to stay organised.

You will:

Manage debt collection across customer ledgers
Proactively contact customers to resolve outstanding balances
Handle customer interactions in a professional and confident manner
Maintain accurate records and reporting using internal systems
Build positive working relationships with customers and internal teams
Take payments by card machine
Answer telephone calls and reply to emails
Support the administration team with ad-hoc duties as required.
Cover team annual leave from time to time

You will have:

Previous experience in a similar Credit Controller role
Confidence using Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience in using Sage Accounting or similar an advantage
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A self-motivated and organised approach to work
The ability to work to deadlines in a busy environment
A collaborative approach and strong team work ethic

Pay: From €18.00 per hour
