We are currently looking to add a motivated Trade Counter Assistant to our teams in Arklow & Rathnew.
Responsibilities:
· Serving customers at the trade counter
· Preparing customer orders
· Ensuring goods in are checked and put away with in a timely manner
· Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers
· Delivering excellent customer service and technical support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
Requirements:
· Fluency in English both written and spoken
· Computer literate
· Customer service focused
· Strong communication skills
· Team player
· Full driving license
Desirable (but not essential):
· Manual handling
· Forklift license
· Electrical product knowledge
