We're seeking a highly motivated Product Design manager to play a key role in leading, mentoring, and growing a team of product designers while driving high-quality design outcomes across one of Gong's key product areas.

This is a Hybrid-based role with 3 days per week in our Dublin office on Dame St.
Lead, coach, and manage a team of Product Designers, supporting their growth and development.

Drive the design vision and user experience for one of Gong's key product areas, in close partnership with Product and Engineering.

Provide clear direction, feedback, and design critique to ensure high-quality, user-centered solutions.

Guide designers through discovery, ideation, and execution, from early concepts to detailed design.

Act as a design leader and user advocate, ensuring design decisions are grounded in user needs and business goals.

Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to shape roadmaps, scope work, and deliver impactful experiences.

Help evolve and uphold UI patterns, design systems, and best practices across the team.

- Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and building a strong design culture within the Dublin design team.
- A design leader with 3–5 years of experience managing product designers.
- An experienced product designer with a strong background in designing flows, experiences, and UI for complex digital products, ideally in B2B SaaS.
Comfortable balancing people leadership with hands-on involvement when needed.
