Responsibilities

Requirements Analysis & Documentation
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, processes, and operational challenges.
Workshop Facilitation & Solution Definition
- Facilitate workshops, identify gaps, and define solutions aligned with business objectives.
Business Analysis Documentation Management
- Create and maintain BRDs, user stories, process flows, traceability matrices, and project documentation.
Business & Technical Team Collaboration
- Work closely with architects and developers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Risk Assessment & Stakeholder Management
- Conduct stakeholder analysis, identify project risks, and support mitigation planning activities.
Process Improvement & Business Optimization
- Recommend process enhancements that improve efficiency, customer experience, and operational performance.
Testing & Solution Validation Support
- Participate in solution design, UAT activities, and preparation of user documentation.
Quality Assurance Collaboration
- Support testing activities by reviewing test cases and collaborating with QA teams.

Requirements

Business Analysis Experience
- Minimum 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst within banking or financial services.
Lending & Credit Domain Expertise
- Strong knowledge of loan origination, servicing, collateral management, and collections processes.
Retail & Corporate Lending Knowledge
- Experience with retail lending products and corporate lending solutions.
Requirements Gathering & Workshop Facilitation Skills
- Ability to facilitate workshops, manage stakeholders, and drive business decisions.
Business Process Analysis Experience
- Experience with business process modeling, business cases, and requirements elicitation.
Software Delivery Methodology Knowledge
- Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and software delivery frameworks.
Technical & Collaboration Skills
- Technical background with the ability to work effectively with development teams.
Business Analysis Tools Expertise
- Experience using Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart, Blueworks, Visio, or similar tools.
