The Role
We are seeking a Graduate Software Engineer to join our engineering team at our Dublin office. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated recent graduate to contribute to cutting-edge AI and EdTech development, working on technology that is genuinely changing how students learn and how educators teach.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of UniDoodle's AI-powered platform, including handwriting recognition and automated grading features
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code across the full stack
- Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver meaningful new features
- Participate in code reviews and uphold engineering best practices
- Identify and resolve bugs and performance issues in a timely manner
Requirements
- A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline
- Solid understanding of web technologies and at least one backend programming language
- Interest in AI, machine learning, or EdTech is a strong advantage
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership
