We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Apprentice Claims Handler to join our Claims team. This role is designed for individuals looking to start their career in insurance and gain hands-on experience in claims handling. The successful candidate will assist in processing claims, providing excellent customer service, and learning the fundamentals of claims management.

Claims Processing: Assist in the intake, review, and processing of insurance claims.
- Customer Service: Provide support to claimants, answering queries and guiding them through the claims process.
- Documentation: Ensure all claim documentation is complete, accurate, and filed appropriately.
- Investigation: Support the investigation of claims to determine validity and coverage.
- Communication: Liaise with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders to facilitate claim resolution.
- Learning & Development: Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop knowledge and skills in claims handling.
- Compliance: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
