This Manager leads a team of analysts driving Europe, Middle East, India and Africa (EMEIA) On-Time Delivery Performance across Online, Retail, Reseller, and AppleCare channels, using data-driven insights, automation, and proactive risk management to improve customer experience and operational efficiency. Partner with the Route-to-Market (RTM) and Logistics teams to develop integrated management systems, automated reporting solutions, and performance frameworks leveraging new technologies to improve visibility, decision-making, and operational efficiency across the supply chain network.
Lead delivery execution across Business as Usual (BAU), New Product Introduction (NPI) and peak demand events, ensuring scalable processes and consistent customer outcomes during periods of increased complexity.
Represent Reseller Operations, Retail Fulfilment Operations (RFO), and Logistics in executive and customer-facing governance forums, translating operational performance into actionable insights, influencing strategic decisions, and aligning stakeholders on business priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
Supply Chain experience in a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) environment
Familiarity with GenAI capabilities and application to supply chain use cases for strategic business impact
