An opportunity has arisen in our growing Property Management division for a Senior Property Manager, who has at least 3 year's post qualification experience.

The successful candidate will be joining one of the largest Property Management departments in Ireland and will be supported by a highly experienced team who strive to support career progression within the department and organisation.
Based in our Dublin office the successful candidate will deliver the day-to-day management services required in respect of a portfolio of commercial assets. They will be a self-motivated problem solver with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
The candidate will have responsibility for delivering our clients’ objectives and will therefore have excellent relationship management skills. They should be able to demonstrate an ability to communicate effectively with all levels and a drive to exceed expectation.
Key Responsibilities
Key client management
Dealing with day-to-day management of a mixed portfolio of commercial assets
Oversight and management of critical lease dates and providing recommendations to clients in relation to lease events.
Responsibility for property inspections, arrears collection, turnover rent management (where applicable) and cashflow management
Responsibility for the management of service charge budgets in line with the SCSI Code of Practice
Developing and maintaining good working relationships with retailers and occupiers, including leading discussions on debt management, trading performance, footfall etc
Support the senior management team on larger client projects and accounts
Support senior management in creating presentations for business development and pitching purposes
Deliver written output ensuring excellent quality and attention to detail, producing bespoke client reports monthly/quarterly in line with client requirements
Maintain regular contact with key stakeholders such as banks, receivers, financial institutions, state bodies, owners, tenants as well as other stakeholders, lawyers etc
Writing reports ensuring timeliness, accuracy and completeness
Maintain a fee-system analysis, client acceptance testing and money laundering checks
Ongoing liaison with other Savills teams to support the delivery of client services.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
Technically competent in their discipline with the ability to earn client trust
3 years’ experience in commercial property management
A practical, proactive approach to property management is required, along with excellent time management and organisational skills and the ability to use personal initiative
Have started, or be intending to start, the route to becoming a chartered member of the SCSI.
Be able to identify opportunities and show signs of introducing business to areas within their sphere of influence
Be IT competent and ideally have experience with the property management software system Yardi
Able to demonstrate a basic understanding of ESG in the sphere of property management
Be articulate, professional and persuasive with strong verbal, numerical and report writing skills
Takes pride in all output with particular focus on accuracy and attention to detail
Good communication and negotiation skills

Good interpersonal and influencing skills
Pragmatic approach to problem solving
Honesty, integrity and openness, high ethical standards
Fluent in spoken and written English.
Have a full valid driving licence, use of own car is desirable but not essential
