Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Azure DevOps & MLOps Consultant to design, implement, and improve cloud-native and data-driven platforms for our clients. This role involves working closely with engineering, data science, and platform teams to develop scalable, secure, and resilient solutions on Microsoft Azure.
The role includes building and managing end-to-end CI/CD and ML pipelines, supporting model development, training, deployment, and monitoring. It emphasises Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), automation, and reproducibility across application and machine learning workloads in production environments.
Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for application and machine learning workloads

Build and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform or Bicep
-
Develop and operationalise MLOps pipelines, including data ingestion, model training, validation, deployment, and monitoring

Automate build, test, and release processes to improve delivery speed and reliability

Manage and improve Azure services, including Azure DevOps, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), and Azure Machine Learning
-
Implement model versioning, experiment tracking, and reproducibility practices

Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to productionise machine learning models

Establish monitoring, logging, and alerting for applications and ML models (performance, drift, failures)

Support security, compliance, and governance across cloud environments

Improve cloud infrastructure for cost, performance, and scalability
Qualifications
Essential requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
-
6+ years of experience in cloud consulting or engineering roles
-
Demonstrated experience in DevOps engineering, with hands-on delivery in Azure environments
-
Experience implementing MLOps practices in production settings
-
Proficiency with CI/CD tools (e.g. Azure DevOps Pipelines, GitHub Actions)
-
Experience with containerisation and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes/AKS)
-
Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates)
-
Familiarity with Azure Machine Learning or similar ML platforms
-
Experience with scripting and automation (Python, Bash, or PowerShell)
-
Understanding of machine learning lifecycle concepts (training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring)
-
Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools (e.g. Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Grafana)

Good understanding of cloud security best practices and identity management (IAM, RBAC)

Salary Range: €75,000-€95,000
