Know Your Stuff - Be a product knowledge pro, because knowledge is power.

Team Up - Collaborate with the back of house crew and management to nail that perfect fit for our customers.

Share the Love - Share your knowledge and product know-how with the rest of the sales team for an unforgettable shopping experience.

Build Loyal Fans - Engage with customers to create loyal Skechers enthusiasts.

Keep It Fresh - Keep the sales floor looking fresh and fully stocked, all day, every day.
