About the role
We’re hiring a web developer (front-end focused) to join our in-house Customer Experience & Technology team. This role is ideal for someone familiar with working in-house with at least 2 years developer experience.
What you'll do:
- Build and improve front-end features across our platforms
- Turn Figma designs into easy-to-use, mobile-friendly web experiences
- Work with reusable design components for consistency and quality
- Help develop and optimize the websites across our brand family
- Collaborate with teammates across different countries
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and Typescript
- Experience with React or another modern front-end framework (Next.js)
- Familiarity with working from design tools such as Figma
- Comfortable learning through feedback and hands-on experience
- Responsive design experience
- Basic understanding of APIs

- Experience working with headless CMS
- A familiarity with back-end development
- Experience working in a smaller team and independently
Where you'll work
This role supports hybrid and remote working. Hybrid options are available in our offices in Dublin, London or Toronto, but the right person matters more than location. There is no requirement to attend these offices regularly however you may be required to attend on-site business events once or twice a year.
The ideal candidate for this role will need to be available in the GMT timezone for the most part to align with the rest of the CX/Tech teams.
