Full job description

Your mission

Medmark are seeking a creative and technically proficient Web Developer & Digital Content Creator to support the development of our digital assets, online engagement strategy and marketing communications.
This role is ideal for an individual with a strong combination of frontend web and back-end development capability, content creation skills and community engagement experience. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our websites, supporting digital campaigns and events, creating engaging multimedia content and improving the overall customer digital experience.
The position sits within a high-performance Sales & Marketing Department and will work closely with sales, marketing, and leadership teams to assist in maximising revenues, build sustainable brand equity and visibility, drive digital engagement and lead generation activity.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will support the organisation’s plan for revenue and profit growth and enable its digital growth strategy through a blend of technical web development, creative content production and online engagement activities.
Responsibilities will include:

Developing, maintaining and optimising Medmark’s websites and social platforms
Managing website updates, user experience improvements and frontend enhancements.
Supporting SEO optimisation and website performance improvements.
Creating digital content for social media, LinkedIn, websites, email campaigns and marketing materials.
Producing visual, written and multimedia content aligned with brand and governance guidelines.
Supporting digital marketing campaigns and online engagement initiatives.
Assisting with website analytics, performance reporting and digital insights.
Collaborating with marketing and sales teams on campaign execution and brand development.
Managing digital assets and supporting content scheduling across platforms.
Supporting CRM data governance and management and lead generation initiatives through digital engagement activity.
Monitoring digital trends and recommending improvements to online presence and user engagement.
Assisting with event, campaign and promotional content production where required.
Additional responsibilities required in line with business needs and priorities

Your profile

The ideal candidate will combine strong frontend and back-end development capability with creativity, communication skills and a strong understanding of digital community engagement.
Candidates should demonstrate:

Experience in frontend and backend web development and website management.
Strong understanding of user experience and responsive web design.
Content creation capability across written, visual and digital formats.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with key internal and external stakeholders
High attention to detail and creative problem-solving ability.
Strong organisational and project management capability.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced commercial environment.
A self-starting, proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused approach.

Desirable Technical Skills
Experience in the following areas would be advantageous:

HTML, CSS, JavaScript and responsive web design.
CMS platforms such as WordPress, Webflow or similar.
Basic SEO principles and website optimisation.
Content scheduling and social media platform management.
Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design tools.
Video editing and multimedia production.
Google Analytics or other website reporting tools.
CRM platforms and digital marketing tools.

Education & Experience
A qualification in Web Development, Digital Media, Communications, Marketing or a related discipline would be advantageous.
Relevant practical experience in web development, digital communications, content creation or online community management will also be strongly considered.
