Full job description

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience with advertising sales, business development, online media environment, or sales-oriented marketing roles.
Ability to communicate in French and German fluently to support client relationship management in this region and industry.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience working with retailers from the grocery and marketplaces verticals.
Experience working with different branding and performance marketing platforms.
Excellent problem solving skills.

In this role, you will work, educate, challenge, advise and sell to the decision makers across Germany’s most sophisticated online marketplaces and best-known grocery retailers - with a special focus on their French business activities.

We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Ireland: €76000 - €78000 (EUR) + 35% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

Manage the implementation and delivery of a portfolio of key client activity, maximizing in-quarter performance, return on investment, and identifying opportunities to expand that align with the Customers’ Business Objectives (CBOs).
Partner with fellow account team members and a different set of cross-functional partners (e.g., gTech, International Growth Team, Product Specialists) to drive business opportunities that build long term growth.
Work towards ambitious goals while prioritizing and delivering an excellent experience to Google's customers.
Position Google’s AI solutions effectively and challenge media mix investments through market and consumer insights and application of competitive sales skills.
Plan, develop, activate and maintain a pipeline that helps you run your business and maximize business impact.
