About Altra
Altra is a platform that helps social care providers manage every aspect of daily life and operations outside of clinical care. By bringing these services into one system, care teams reduce admin, improve consistency, and spend more time focused on residents.
Residents benefit from more personalised and engaging daily experiences, stronger social connection, and improved overall wellbeing. Families stay informed and reassured, while staff are better supported to deliver higher quality care with less friction in their day to day work.
Altra supports some of the largest care providers in Europe, operating across 10 countries and improving the experience of tens of thousands of residents. Our platform enables providers to deliver consistent, high quality experiences at scale and demonstrates the real impact technology can have on social care.
We have been recognised as one of the fastest growing technology companies in the region, including:
- Named in the Sifted 100 UK and Ireland
- Ranked #5 in the Deloitte Fast 50 Ireland
- Ranked #159 in the Deloitte Fast 500 EMEA
- Winner of the Technology Ireland Tech4Good Award 2025
Now we're expanding more in French speaking markets, and you'll lead the charge. This is our first dedicated Account Executive for the markets: a true ground-floor role where you own how Altra wins in French speaking markets, with the autonomy to build it your way! If you want your work to compound to look back in two years and point to a market you built, this is that role.
What you'll do
You'll own French markets end to end: strategy, pipeline, and revenue. This is a hands-on, build-it-yourself role . Generating your own pipeline through proactive outbound is the heart of this job, not an occasional task.
- Prospect and generate pipeline (your core focus). Identify, research, and reach out to target accounts. Build your pipeline from cold outbound, networking, and events, alongside any inbound. You own the top of the funnel.
- Shape the go-to-market. Define target segments and ICPs, test messaging, and turn what works into a repeatable playbook for the market.
- Own the full sales cycle. Carry deals from first contact through qualification, negotiation, and close; keeping the CRM sharp throughout; while building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders in care organisations.
- Close the loop. Feed customer insight back to product and operations, track pipeline and performance, and use what you learn to sharpen the strategy.
What you'll bring
Essential
- Native or fluent French speaker, with excellent written and spoken English. You'll use both daily
- 3+ years in B2B sales as an account executive role, with a clear record of meeting or beating quota
- Proven outbound prospecting. You've built your own pipeline from cold, not just worked leads handed to you
- Full sales-cycle experience: prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and closing
- Confidence selling to and building relationships with senior decision-makers
- Hands-on CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Active, daily use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, and others) as a baseline part of your workflow — for call prep, research, prospecting, follow-ups, and CRM updates.
- Sharp commercial judgement and the drive to execute fast and independently
- Based in or able to commute daily to our Dublin 2 office, this is a hybrid role
- Valid right to work in Ireland
Desirable
- Experience selling healthcare, or social-care solutions
- A track record of launching a new market or product, or building a function from scratch
- Familiarity with the healthcare or social care
- An existing network in French speaking healthcare or social care

What you'll get
- A competitive OTE, measured against annual targets
- A genuine ground-floor opportunity with fast progression as we scale across Europe
- Direct access to and mentorship from the SLT
- Flexible hours and generous annual leave. You will also benefit from Fridays off in July and August, along with an end of year company wide closure
