BizExpanders is a premium, international business automation agency backed by the Google Cloud and MongoDB startup programs. As a key partner, you will act as the frontline advisor, identifying operational bottlenecks and helping clients escape the rigid limitations of off-the-shelf SaaS and the expensive liability of custom software builds. We act as your dedicated engineering backend—building bespoke AI Agents and API connectors while taking on the entire burden of maintenance, cybersecurity, and compliance. Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients (Founders, COOs, Operations Directors) within the mid-market segment to uncover manual inefficiencies and operational bottlenecks.
- Conduct thorough workflow analysis to understand client challenges, specifically identifying where their current software stack is failing to scale.
- Lead technical scoping sessions by introducing our CTO and engineering team to map out custom automation solutions.
- Negotiate terms and close deals confidently, leveraging our proprietary 7-layer security system and SOC 2 / ISO 27001 compliant supply chain to overcome client hesitation.
- Manage existing accounts proactively as their primary business advisor, while the BizExpanders team handles all ongoing technical support and regulatory compliance.
- Utilize your own CRM tools to track sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions meticulously as an independent contractor.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business consulting, or as a fractional executive for mid-sized businesses.
- An existing network or demonstrated success in generating new leads and business opportunities with mid-market decision-makers.
- A highly consultative approach with the ability to listen to a complex business problem, map out an operational workflow, and position a technical solution.
- Solid understanding of modern business technology (SaaS, AI, API integrations), even if you are not a developer.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to non-technical leaders.
- Self-starter mindset with the discipline to manage your own pipeline and run an independent agency model.
The Partnership & Benefits

From BizExpanders, you earn a 10% flat-rate setup commission on all custom builds, plus up to 30% Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) on all active contracts you introduce.
