QuickSTAT is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Air Logistics Healthcare Manager to lead our Ireland operations. This role is responsible for the overall performance of the Dublin branch, ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and sustainable growth.
As a key member of the UK & Ireland leadership structure, you will provide strategic direction while overseeing the day-to-day management of logistics operations and customer service activities. You will lead and develop a high-performing team, drive operational efficiencies, and ensure the delivery of best-in-class healthcare and clinical trial logistics solutions.

- Lead the day-to-day operations of QuickSTAT Ireland, ensuring high service quality, compliance, and operational efficiency.
- Drive customer satisfaction and promote a culture of excellence across all operational and customer service activities.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives in partnership with the UK & Ireland Management Team to support business growth and profitability.
- Oversee logistics operations, customer service, and network performance to ensure operational KPIs are achieved.
- Manage and develop relationships with logistics partners, carriers, suppliers, and key customers.
- Lead, coach, and develop the Dublin team, ensuring appropriate staffing levels, succession planning, and employee engagement.
- Monitor productivity, revenue margins, and cost controls while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Work closely with Quality Assurance and regional stakeholders to ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and industry regulations.
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience within logistics, supply chain, healthcare logistics, pharmaceutical logistics, or clinical trial logistics.
- Strong operational background in courier, freight forwarding, transportation, warehousing, import/export, and supply chain management.
- Proven experience in healthcare, biopharmaceutical, pharmaceutical, or clinical trial logistics, including temperature-controlled shipments.
- Solid understanding of global supply chains, regulatory requirements, and quality standards within the healthcare logistics sector.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, mentor, and develop high-performing teams while driving employee engagement and performance.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience managing operational KPIs, productivity, profitability, budgets, and cost controls.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and lead effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
