Location: Dublin (D12), Ireland

Full-time (9-5 Mon-Fri) | Competitive Salary + Commission

Soyang Print Solutions, the Irish arm of Soyang Europe, is a fast-growing specialist in the wide-format and superwide-format digital printing industry. As a leading supplier of high-quality printable media, surface coverings, wide-format hardware, and finishing solutions, we serve sign & display professionals, printers, designers, retailers, and the construction & décor sectors across Ireland.

Following our recent expansion in Dublin (including a dedicated local facility with fast stock access and next-day delivery capabilities), we're now looking for a motivated Internal Sales Executive to join our team and help drive continued growth in the Irish market.

About the Role

As an Internal Sales Executive, you'll be the key point of contact for our growing customer base, focusing on customer support, order processing, upselling, and building long-term relationships — all from our Dublin office. Full training will be provided – we don’t throw people in at the deep end! This is a great opportunity to grow with a respected market-leading business within its industry.

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming enquiries via phone, email, and online channels from printers, sign makers, and other wide-format professionals.
Provide product advice on our range of printable textiles (UV, dye-sublimation, latex), PVC banners, mesh, self-adhesive media, wallpapers, hardware (printers, cutters), and finishing products.
Supervise customer accounts, and coordinate with our warehouse/logistics team to ensure fast, accurate delivery.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximise customer value.
Achieve and exceed personal and team sales targets through proactive outbound calls and follow-ups.
Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales reports.
Support marketing initiatives and help promote new product lines and promotions.
Collaborate closely with external sales, technical support, and supply chain teams.

What We're Looking For

Not essential, but previous experience in internal/Telesales, account management, or customer service — ideally within print, signage, graphics, media supply, hardware, or a related B2B industry.
Excellent communication skills — confident, professional, and friendly on the phone and in writing.
Good product knowledge or a genuine interest in learning about wide-format printing materials and equipment.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Comfortable working with CRM systems (training provided).
Full driving licence preferred but not essential.
