What you’ll do:
-
Implementing and maintaining document repositories and archives
-
Coordinating the review and revision of controlled documents
-
Performing intake reviews of documents for completeness and accuracy while maintaining document workflow
-
Issuing and maintaining master manufacturing documentation and supporting documentation
-
Coordinating document requests and stages documents for presentation during regulatory inspections
-
Providing guidance to user departments in proper use of document change systems to ensure consistency of system usage

Maintaining and optimising departmental databases
-
Preparing reports for management as required
The environment and physical rhythms of this role:

Proven experience working with document databases and other electronic document management tools

Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Ability to work independently with moderate supervision and in a team environment

Confidence managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality work within tight timelines
