We offer a competitive starting salary of €55,000.00 for this role, with salary adjustments reflecting your experience level and expertise. .

Service Design Expertise: Strong understanding and hands-on experience delivering end-to-end service design processes, with proven ability to apply service design principles and methodologies to real-world problems

What type of work will I be doing?

Design and deliver end-to-end user-centered services with excellence, applying strong understanding of Service Design principles and proven methodologies

Execute service design projects on time and with quality, ensuring maximum impact for service users and stakeholders

Build and maintain strong client relationships, interacting effectively across all levels and offering strategic insights to enhance solution quality and value

Support business development activities, including creating pursuit documents and building client relationships with leadership guidance

Mentor and support junior team members’ development while contributing to the growth of our Service Design practice

Facilitate impactful conversations and meetings with stakeholders that enable open exchange of ideas and drive collaborative problem-solving

Leverage technology trends, AI, and design tools responsibly and ethically to optimise workflows and address business challenges
