Work with individuals and employers to ensure they meet their global tax obligations, navigate through complex tax laws and policies, while fostering talent development.
- Private Client Services: Work closely with high-net-worth individuals, guiding them through their personal tax affairs including planning, estate management and asset protection. Your insights will help shape their financial futures.
- Real Estate Services: Provide expert advisory services on all tax aspects of real estate transactions and compliance, both locally and internationally. Your expertise will be crucial in navigating the complexities of all tax heads relevant to the sector.
- Transfer Pricing: Assist multinational companies in pricing and documenting intercompany transactions. Use your skills in economics, tax, law, and finance to analyse the business operations of multinational companies to ensure compliance with international tax rules and manage risk across global markets.
- Transaction Specialise in commercially focused tax advice in the context of mergers and acquisitions across various sectors. Collaborate with clients and legal advisors to achieve tax-efficient outcomes and deliver value for our clients through appropriate tax structuring.
- Technology and Transformation: Help clients and client-serving tax professionals enhance their tax functions and processes by leveraging cutting-edge technology and the latest trends in Data and AI, in particular Generative AI. Be at the forefront of transforming how tax is managed in a rapidly evolving landscape.
