We are seeking an experienced and motivated Property Manager to join our growing team in South Dublin.

The successful candidate will manage a diverse portfolio of residential developments and Owner Management Companies (OMCs), providing a high standard of service to clients, directors, residents, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of Owner Management Companies (OMCs) and residential developments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with OMC directors, owners, residents, and contractors.
- Attend Board Meetings, AGMs, EGMs, and site inspections as required.
- Prepare and present reports for directors and stakeholders.
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and capital projects.
- Manage contractor performance and procurement processes.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, health and safety requirements, and company procedures.
- Monitor service delivery standards and address resident queries professionally.
- Assist with budgeting, service charge administration, and financial reporting in conjunction with the accounts team.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues while also managing responsibilities independently.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a Property Management role or a similar position.
- Valid Property Services Regulatory Authority (PSRA) Category D Licence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional and client-focused approach.
- Full clean driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general IT systems.
Desirable Requirements
- Strong construction, maintenance, or building-related knowledge.
- Experience working with OMCs, apartment developments, and multi-unit residential schemes.
- Understanding of building compliance, health and safety requirements, and planned maintenance programmes.
- Third-level qualification in Property Management, Facilities Management, Construction, or a related discipline.

Working Hours
This role is primarily Monday to Friday; however, the successful candidate will be required to attend occasional evening Board Meetings and AGMs to meet with clients and stakeholders.
Pay: €30,945.21-€50,000.00 per year
