As a Senior SharePoint Developer, you’ll develop and deliver transformative solutions that empower organisations to work smarter and more efficiently. This role combines deep technical expertise with strategic consulting—you’ll partner with C-suite stakeholders to understand complex business challenges, design innovative SharePoint solutions, and lead high-impact migrations that drive digital transformation.

Extensive development experience with specialisation in SharePoint development across multiple versions (2016, 2019, 2022 On-Premises and Online), demonstrating mastery of the platform’s capabilities and evolution

Advanced technical proficiency in SharePoint Framework (SPFx), C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern front-end technologies (Vue.js, jQuery UI, Office Fabric UI), combined with hands-on experience in CSOM, event handlers, and custom solutions

Enterprise-scale project delivery expertise, including proven success in large SharePoint migrations, requirements gathering, solution design, and implementation across complex stakeholder environments

Consulting and communication excellence, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, present to senior stakeholders, and mentor junior developers while maintaining current industry knowledge

Desirable experience: Microsoft SharePoint certifications, exposure to PowerShell, SOAP, XML, PnP, and Power Platform technologies, and experience with digital standard concepts and practices.

Design and develop custom SharePoint solutions and applications using SPFx, C#, JavaScript, and modern web technologies, ensuring alignment with Microsoft standards and best practices

Lead end-to-end SharePoint migrations, including scoping, designing, building, and implementing solutions across multiple versions and environments

Create and customise SharePoint components including list forms, content types, columns, and event handlers using .NET, SQL, and third-party APIs

Development of SharePoint framework, provider hosted application development.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to gather requirements, refine specifications, and ensure solutions meet business objectives

Conduct unit testing, develop test cases, and create testing templates for UAT, ensuring solution quality and reliability

Manage SharePoint environments, apply governance standards, and maintain platform security and performance

Mentor junior developers, share technical knowledge, and contribute to the development of reusable solutions and best practice frameworks
