As a Product Manager at Docusign, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our trust and Digital Signature space. You will be responsible for defining product strategies, overseeing impactful customer-facing products globally, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that enhance customer experiences and drive business value. This role requires a strong understanding of both business and technology, as you will need to identify market opportunities, translate customer needs into actionable product features, and lead product roadmap from discovery and scoping to launch, as well as customer adoption and conversion. Your ability to balance strategic vision with tactical execution, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, will be vital in driving product success and fostering collaboration among diverse teams.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Product Management Director.
Define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for your product area, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and the Intelligent Agreement Management platform
Develop a deep understanding of key personas and jobs to be done by closely working with customers, User Research, and Marketing
Partner closely with Engineering and Design teams to ensure product functionalities to translate product strategy into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Learn, measure, and improve key business and customer metrics in collaboration with Data Science, identifying areas for continuous testing, experimentation, and evolution

Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

5+ years of hands-on Product Management experience, ideally within a SaaS, enterprise software, or highly regulated technology environment
Experience managing the full product lifecycle from inception to launch, including defining MVP scope, writing detailed PRDs, and managing complex dependencies
Experience utilizing data tools to track KPIs, and drive product decisions based on customer behavior
Experience leading and collaborating closely with Engineering, UX/UI Design, and Product Marketing without formal authority
Experience conducting customer interviews, working with user research teams, and translating user pain points into Jobs-to-be-Done
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical/analytical field (or equivalent practical experience)
Prior experience in digital signatures, public key infrastructure (PKI), identity verification (IDV), cryptography, or compliance/security frameworks (e.g., eIDAS, SOC2, GDPR)
Experience building features that integrate into broader ecosystem platforms (like Docusign's Intelligent Agreement Management) or working with public APIs and integrations (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft)
Background in growth loops, monetization, or conversion optimization strategies
Master's degree, MBA, or relevant industry certifications
