We are seeking a passionate and experienced Childcare Practitioner to join our team
full-time.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote physical,
emotional, social, and intellectual growth.
- Foster a safe and nurturing environment where children feel comfortable and
secure.
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Monitor and track the development and progress of children.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Participate in regular staff meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Level 5 qualification in Early Childhood Care and Education (or
equivalent).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their
development.
