Join Our Team at the Keadeen Hotel – Breakfast Supervisor

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Breakfast Supervisor to join our Food & Beverage team. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who enjoys leading a team, delivering exceptional guest service, and ensuring the smooth operation of our breakfast service each morning.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise the daily breakfast service, ensuring a seamless and efficient guest experience.
Lead, motivate, and support the breakfast team to deliver exceptional customer service.
Ensure all guests receive a warm welcome and attentive service throughout breakfast.
Coordinate staff duties and monitor service standards during each shift.
Assist with training and development of team members.
Ensure breakfast buffet and service areas are fully stocked, clean, and presented to the highest standard.
Handle guest feedback, queries, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
Monitor compliance with food safety, HACCP, hygiene, and health & safety procedures.
Assist with stock control, ordering requirements, and daily operational reporting.
Work closely with the Kitchen and Management teams to ensure a high-quality breakfast offering.

Essential Requirements

Previous supervisory experience within a hotel, restaurant, café, or hospitality environment.
Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on approach.
Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Strong organisational and team management abilities.
Flexibility to work early morning shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Knowledge of HACCP, food safety, and health & safety standards.
A positive attitude and genuine passion for hospitality.
