As a Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

Contribute technical knowledge in area of specialism.

Initiate open and candid coaching conversations at all levels.

Anticipate stakeholder needs and develop and discuss potential solutions .

Contribute to an environment where people and technology thrive together to accomplish more .

Navigate the complexities of cross-border and/or diverse teams and engagements.

Initiate and lead open conversations with teams, clients and stakeholders to build trust.

Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.

Qualifications:

Degree qualified or equivalent with relevant professional qualifications e.g Professional Diploma in Compliance, PRMIA.

Minimum of 4 years in a similar consultancy environment or in a financial services company with a strong experience in risk or regulatory compliance;

Experience of the regulatory framework and working in a compliance/risk department of an authorised firm.

Your Knowledge and Skills:

Knowledge of the financial services industry. Cross financial sector experience is an advantage;

Understanding of relevant key Risk & Regulatory issues;

Demonstrate ability to develop proactive and constructive recommendations;

Proficiency in operational processes and systems, with an appreciation of the concept of controls and risk management in a regulatory environment;

Ability to understand/interpret new and existing regulatory requirements;

Effective communication and report writing skills;

Strong time management and organisational skills;

Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team;

Quick to take and understand a brief;

Ability to deal with ambiguity and autonomy (think on one’s feet).
