Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
6 years of experience in advertising, marketing technology, management consulting, or product management.
2 years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.
2 years of experience working with engineering, product teams, or executive leadership.

Preferred qualifications:

MBA or Master's in Science.
Experience influencing executive leaders through judgment and data.
Ability to drive impact in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead complex operational and strategic initiatives.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both practitioner and exec-level contexts.

Responsibilities

Be able to co-pitch on a Named Account List (NAL) of top Deep Value (DV) depth opportunities and support 2-3 MMS LeadGen sales managers on delivering their quarterly YouTube business goals.
Be able to explain topics with relative ease, while tweaking your style to resonate with C-level stakeholders or executive audiences internally.
Help realize our go-to-market activation strategies for diversification to drive customer growth.
Advocate for YouTube and DemandGen products internally, be internally motivated to upskill yourself constantly, and become an industry expert to gauge our solutions' standing in the competitive social market.
Work cross-functionally and regionally (including but not limited to global PSA, RSO, Marketing, Finance, CSA, IGT, GMP and gTech) to develop new opportunities to increase product adoption.
