We are looking for an ambitious and driven Business Development Manager to join our FCM Travel Solutions team in Dublin. This role is central to our growth strategy, focused on identifying, developing, and winning new business opportunities across Ireland.
As a BDM, you will take ownership of the full sales cycle - from lead generation through to closing deals - using a mix of prospecting, networking, and relationship-building activities. You’ll engage with key decision-makers, deliver compelling presentations, and position FCM’s innovative travel solutions to meet client needs.
Key responsibilities include:
Generating and qualifying new business leads through
- , networking, outreach, and cold calling
- Managing and converting a robust sales pipeline to achieve and exceed monthly targets
- Leading client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
- Supporting RFP/RFQ processes and driving successful bid outcomes
- Building strong relationships with prospects, clients, and internal stakeholders
- Maintaining accurate sales activity and pipeline data within Salesforce
- Staying up to date with market trends, competitors, and FCM’s product offering
- Representing FCM at networking events, conferences, and client functions
