Organizational Context and Scope
Under the overall supervision of the Chief of Mission (CoM) in Dublin and direct supervision of the Head of Unit, the successful candidate will be responsible for the monitoring and evaluation requirements of the project, which supports Beneficiaries of Temporary Protection (BOTP’s) in Ireland. This role would also be supportive of and contribute to the Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) requirements of the Mission.
Qualifications: Required Qualifications and Experience
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Political or Social Sciences, Development, Law and/or International Relations or similar with four years of relevant professional experience; or
High School Degree in the above fields with six years of relevant professional experience.
Accredited Universities are those listed in the UNESCO World Higher Education Database.
Experience
Proven experience in a similar setting & capacity. Demonstrated ability to maintain accuracy & confidentiality in performing responsibilities.
Strong work ethic, ability to follow procedures clearly and to work well with colleagues within a team in a multi-cultural environment. Ability to work independently and within a team.
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Good knowledge of information technology and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Publisher.
Previous work experience in an international organization, non-governmental organisation would be an advantage.
Skills
Knowledge of monitoring and evaluation tools and protocols.
Strong interpersonal & intercultural skills with an attention to detail.
Languages
