About Us

Nail and Beauty Bar is one of Ireland's leading nail and beauty salons — a busy, thriving space where quality is everything and the team genuinely loves what they do. We're part of a wider group that includes wholesale, education, and two salon locations, which means our staff get access to premium professional products, ongoing training, and real career development that most salons simply can't offer.

Our Clare Hall salon is growing — and we're looking for the right person to help lead it.

The Opportunity

This isn't just a management title — it's a chance to genuinely make your mark. As Assistant Manager, you'll be at the heart of the salon: leading the team, delivering treatments you're proud of, and helping build something special in a salon with a loyal, growing client base.

What You'll Be Doing

- Leading, motivating, and supporting the salon team day-to-day

- Delivering a full range of nail and beauty treatments to a consistently high standard

- Managing client consultations, bookings, and reception with professionalism and warmth

- Overseeing stock management and product ordering

- Opening and closing the salon and keeping everything running smoothly

- Supporting our social media presence and helping promote the salon

- Training and mentoring junior staff and upholding our high standards

What We're Looking For

Essential:

- Minimum 3 years' professional salon experience

- Relevant qualification (QQI Level 5 or 6, ITEC, CIBTAC, or equivalent)

- Strong nail technician skills — gel, acrylic, extensions, or BIAB

- Previous supervisory or management experience

- Excellent people skills with clients and colleagues alike

- Reliable, organised, and takes real pride in their work

Desirable:

- Experience with nail art and advanced nail techniques

- Beauty treatments: waxing, lash/brow services, facials, spray tan

- Familiarity with salon booking software

- Confidence creating social media content

Hours

Monday to Saturday, with late evenings on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday until 9pm.
