About the Role
We are looking for a confident, creative, and commercially driven Digital Content Live Selling Executive to join our apparel brand in Dublin. This is a unique and exciting role that sits at the intersection of content creation, social media, digital marketing, and live selling — perfect for someone who loves fashion, has a flair for storytelling on camera, and a natural instinct for sales.
You will be responsible for creating compelling content across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, building and engaging our audiences, driving digital marketing activity, and hosting high-energy live selling events that convert viewers into customers.

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
- Concept, shoot, edit, and publish high-quality short-form video content for TikTok,Instagram Reels, and Facebook — owning the process from idea to post.
- Develop a consistent and engaging content calendar that reflects seasonal campaigns, new arrivals, brand moments, and trending formats.
- Style and present our apparel collections in a visually compelling way, adapting tone and format to suit each platform and audience.
- Edit video content using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or in-app editors, ensuring every piece of content is polished and on-brand.
- Produce a variety of content formats — behind the scenes, styling guides, product showcases, UGC-style videos, and trending audio content.
- Continuously test and iterate on content formats, lengths, and styles based on performance data and audience feedback.
- Develop a strong and recognisable visual identity across all content output, working closely with the wider creative team.
Live Selling — TikTok, Instagram & Facebook
- Host regular live selling events across TikTok Live, Instagram Live, and Facebook Live, showcasing our apparel collections with energy, enthusiasm, and product knowledge.
- Drive real-time sales during live sessions through compelling product presentations, limited- time offers, and audience interaction.
- Build a loyal live-shopping audience by creating must-watch, entertaining, and informative streams that keep viewers coming back.
- Coordinate product selection, stock availability, and promotional offers with the ecommerce and buying teams ahead of each live.
- Analyse live session performance including viewer counts, peak engagement, conversions, and revenue — iterating and improving each session.
Social Media Management
- Own and manage our brand presence across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, ensuring a consistent posting schedule and tone of voice.
- Grow our social media following organically through community engagement, trend-led content, and strategic platform use.
- Monitor comments, DMs, and community interactions — responding in a timely and on- brand manner to build audience relationships.
- Track and report on social media KPIs including reach, impressions, engagement rate, follower growth, and traffic to site.
- Stay ahead of platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging content formats to keep our brands fresh and relevant.
Digital Marketing
- Plan and manage paid social campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok Ads to amplify content and drive traffic and conversions.
- Support Google Ads activity including Shopping and Search campaigns, working alongside the ecommerce team.
- Create and optimise ad creatives, copy, and audience targeting strategies to maximise return on ad spend.
- Monitor campaign performance daily, making data-led adjustments to budget, creative, and targeting.
- Identify opportunities to repurpose organic content into paid ads and vice versa to maximise content value.
Requirements
Essential
- 2–4 years of experience in content creation, social media management, and/or digital marketing — ideally within fashion, apparel, or a consumer lifestyle brand.
- A strong, demonstrable portfolio of content you have created — video, reels, short-form — that shows range, creativity, and commercial awareness.
- Proven experience hosting live selling events or video content on TikTok, Instagram, or Facebook — confident, engaging, and natural on camera.
- A strong natural sales instinct with the ability to engage, entertain, and convert a live audience in real time.
- Hands-on experience running paid social campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and/or TikTok Ads.
- Proficiency in video editing using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar.
- A genuine passion for fashion, styling, and staying on top of apparel and social media trends.
- Data-driven mindset — comfortable analysing content and campaign performance to drive decisions.
- Highly creative, self-motivated, and able to manage a busy content schedule independently.
Desirable
- Experience building and growing a social media audience from the ground up.
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other graphic design tools.
- Understanding of SEO and how social content supports wider organic search performance.
- Experience working with influencers, running UGC campaigns, or managing brand collaborations.
- Knowledge of email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo and how they complement social strategy.
- Basic understanding of Shopify and how content and social channels drive ecommerce revenue.
